Privacy Policy

Mivio Pty Ltd is an Australian company at 2/3 Packyard Avenue, Castle Hill NSW 2154. We are the entity responsible for personal information collected through this website. Mivio is bound by the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

We only collect what we need for the purpose you gave it to us.

• Waitlist signups. Your name and email address, plus any optional detail you choose to share about your interest in the Cooling Bracelet.
• Contact enquiries. Your name, email address, the category of your enquiry and the content of your message.
• Technical information. Standard server and browser information such as your IP address, browser type, referring page and the pages you visited.
• Advertising measurement. Meta Pixel shares page-view activity with Meta, including page URLs, referring URLs, browser and device information, IP addresses and cookie identifiers where available.

We do not ask for health information, and you should not send symptom, diagnosis or medication details through these forms. If you include health information anyway, we treat it as sensitive information, use it only to answer your enquiry, and delete it once that is done.

The waitlist and contact forms on this website are built and hosted by Tally (Tally BV), a third-party form provider. When you complete one of these forms, the information you enter is submitted to and stored by Tally on our behalf, then made available to the Mivio team.

This means:

• Tally processes your submission as our service provider and under its own privacy terms.
• Tally may store submissions on servers outside Australia, including in the European Union.
• The forms are embedded in this page as an iframe, so Tally can set cookies or similar identifiers needed to make the form work and to prevent spam.

You can read Tally's own privacy policy at tally.so/help/privacy-policy. If you would prefer not to use an embedded form, email us directly at support@mivio.com instead.

• To send launch updates, availability information and product news you asked for.
• To answer your enquiry and provide customer support.
• To invite you to take part in product testing or feedback, if you indicated interest.
• To understand which pages are useful so we can improve the website.
• To measure visits from our advertising and help improve advertising delivery through Meta.

We do not sell your personal information. Meta may match website activity with information it holds about you and use it for advertising measurement and personalisation under its own privacy policy. Our installed pixel sends page-view events; we have not configured it to send the contents of waitlist or contact forms.

We share personal information only with providers that help us operate, and only to the extent they need it:

• Tally , form hosting and submission storage.
• Email and hosting providers , to send the messages you asked for and to serve this website.
• Meta, to measure website visits and advertising performance through Meta Pixel. See Meta's Privacy Policy for how Meta handles this information.

Some of these providers store information overseas. We take reasonable steps to ensure they handle it consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles. We may also disclose information where we are required to by law.

This website uses Meta Pixel, which may set or read cookies and similar identifiers to measure advertising and connect website visits with activity on Meta services. Embedded Tally forms may also set cookies required to submit a form and to prevent abuse.

You can manage or block cookies and trackers in your browser settings, and manage how Meta uses information from other businesses through your Meta account privacy and advertising settings. Blocking some cookies may stop embedded forms from working, in which case you can email us instead.

We keep waitlist details until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove them, and contact enquiries for as long as needed to resolve the matter and meet our record-keeping obligations. After that we delete or de-identify the information.

• Unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send, or by emailing us.
• Ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct anything inaccurate or out of date.
• Ask us to delete your information, where we are not required to keep it.

Email support@mivio.com and we will respond within a reasonable period. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, including limiting who on our team can see form submissions. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive information you would not want handled electronically.

This website and the Cooling Bracelet are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn we have, we delete it.

We may update this policy as the website, our providers or our legal obligations change. The effective date at the top of this page shows when it was last reviewed. Material changes will be noted on this page.
